Orders placed by 2:30 PM Eastern Time for items in stock will ship the same day.

How We Ship
All domestic orders ship by UPS. Please review the Shipping & Handling Chart for shipping costs. Due to UPS regulations, oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Some oversized items ship by Truck Freight. If you want to receive merchandise faster, several optional Express methods of shipment are available at an additional cost. International packages are shipped via the United States Post Office, First Class mail for items valued at under $25.00 and less than 4 pounds. All other packages ship via Priority Mail.
Methods of Payment
For customer covenience we accept Paypal for all transactions, both domestic and international. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as payment, please call 1-888-610-4996 for more information.
Shipments outside the US must be paid in U.S. Dollars and cannot be shipped COD. All Store Credits expire 12 months from date of issue.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to a North Carolina address will be charged 7.75% Sales Tax.
Back Orders
Because we are a MOPAR Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes, however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders which have not been shipped.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of Sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. Electronic products are non-returnable. We only specify that the product not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, MOPAR HQ will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.
Damaged Shipments
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered by UPS, please call 800-PICK-UPS and report the damage. If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier's bill. After contacting the carrier, please call MOPAR HQ Customer Service at 1-888-610-4996 for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.
Warranties
All parts are covered only by MOPAR's Warranties and/or Guarantees. MOPAR HQ can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. MOPAR HQ is not liable for any labor, incidental, or any other associated costs related to installation of products.
